If you accept our offer, we will email you a contract with all of the details about the agreement we came to. Once this contract has been notarized, signed by you, and sent to us (it is a legally binding agreement), we will provide you with a copy and then draft a deed to transfer title. At this time, you will need to have your title notarized in order to complete our purchase. The title will be mailed to use via certified mail with tracking, and once we receive the tracking information we will send you payment.
